Global media distribution company is urgently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team here in Hong Kong.
The Admin Assistant will be assisting the licensing team in providing administrative support both for the local Hong Kong team as well as the global licensing team and working closely with the company’s brand partners. Along with the basic administrative tasks – such as handling expenses and purchase orders, managing budgets and travel requirements for the sales team and any ad-hoc administrative requirements – the Admin Assistant will also work closely with other internal departments such as the legal department, marketing team and more in ensuring internal licensing reports and databases are kept up-to-date, managing illegal merchandise procedures, assisting in distribution of samples amongst others. The right candidate is open-minded and is willing to assist the internal teams wherever necessary.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (licensing and/or retail administration)
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
- Experience in working closely with other internal teams and departments
- Fluency in English is a MUST; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
