The ideal and most suitable candidiate is someone who has worked for and understands the APAC real estate market and architectural realm. Experience in being focused in identifying rising business opportunities and who is used to building long term relationships with prospective and existing clients is essential.

As an experienced Business Development Executive, you will be familiar working within the architectural design industry and used to cold calling to identify potential clients, decision makers and leverage your network to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. You will be used to researching and building new client relationships and working with a Business development team building and working on initiatives together. You will be experienced in presentating to potential and existing clients and working with marketing teams to ensure pre-requisites are fulfilled in a timely manor. Attending Events/Summits and Forums are essential to business growth and experience in this area would be beneficial.
