As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for looking after the needs of their existing clients including subscription account questions and training matters. You will ensure the clients have a great experience and good aftercare service. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship experience and a strong track record of supporting and maintaining clients over their various life-cycles.
- Minimum of 3 of account management experience or customer service within the B2B sectors
- Must be able to develop strong relations with clients, leading to commitment in service and positive buying experience
- Articulate and well spoken English
- Able to grasp technical concepts around Intellectual property and patents
- Personality traits: Organized, patient, detail oriented, problem solver and positive
