Global multidisciplinary creative agency is seeking a Creative Director to join and expand their dynamic Hong Kong team.
Working closely with numerous luxury and high-end brands, the Creative Director will be responsible to lead high-calibre concepts and drive new campaigns with the support of a mid-sized team of Designers. Strong leadership skills are essential, but the most important for this role is a strong passion and energy to develop innovative ideas to help drive the client’s consumer engagement.
Past experience and focus on RETAIL projects is an absolute must for this role.
- 8-10 years of experience in design; focus on advertising and/or branding
- Agency background highly preferred
- Proven experience delivering high-quality design work for luxury brands
- Folio must demonstrate strong work on conceptual development in retail design and multiple media including print, digital (incl. social media), packaging and events amongst others
- MUST have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D Studio Max; strong hand sketching abilities is a plus
- Fluency in English is a MUST; proficiency in Cantonese or French is a bonus
