Internationally established media company is seeking a passionate and talented Creative Lead to join their dynamic Hong Kong team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in and manage diverse creative teams in delivering high-quality strategies and campaigns. Working closely with a variety of team members such as Strategists, Producers and Designers amongst others and reporting directly to the Global Creative Director, the Creative Lead will deliver top-notch campaigns across multiple platforms both print and digital.
The right candidate must be well-spoken and confident in participating in pitches and presentations.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in advertising; 2-3 years of team management experience
- Digital and/or agency background is highly preferred
- Previous experience working with on-set production
- Comfortable and confident working with numerous internal teams and departments as well as outsourced agencies and freelancers
- Proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Powerpoint and/or Apple Keynotes
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or prior experience working closely with mainland China is a strong advantage
