Job Description

This role leads, plans and manages the activity of a large account, and adds vision and momentum to the business in the China market. The Group Account Director supports the Managing Director by building a strong and strategic account servicing team; success on the account is seen through creating an environment for great work, being responsible for the profitable delivery of services, holding key client relationships and delivering the best creative work alongside the overall strategy of the client. This role sets an example to the whole team.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Devising and delivering account strategy
▪ Developing strong brand/design strategy of client’s brands
▪ Representing the company to the client
▪ Managing, training, mentoring the dedicated account team members
▪ Ensuring and quality controlling the work output and service to excellence
▪ Enduring client-relationship builder and inspires client confidence.
▪ Controlling and leading projects with financial targets in mind.
▪ Driving new business/farming, strategic planning and brand consulting related projects
▪ Directing the executing of the creative idea from the client brief.
▪ Handling multiple clients at any one time and leading the smooth delivery of each.
▪ Thinking ahead and pro-actively contributing new ideas
Skills & Experience:
▪ Must be fluent in both English and Chinese
▪ Substantial experience of FMCG work
▪ Strategic thinking ability
