Job Description

Opportunity to work with a culturally-conscious, highly creative agency to manage their day-to-day operations including: onsite facilities and resources, finances & bookkeeping, company culture, recruiting and onboarding, executive assistance and general office management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in administration, finance or operations with an interest in marketing, advertising, and culture
  • Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and conscious of handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Confidence, sound judgment and professional maturity
  • Embraces complexity and able to make timely decisions and drive to action
  • Proficient skills in Google docs, MS Office suite (spreadsheets and docs) and Keynote preferred
  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects and competing demands while keeping focus on key priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to have an immediate impact in a small, creative agency
  • Available full-time, onsite in NYC
