Job Description
We are working with a creative design studio and they are seeking for Personal Assistant to join their Singapore team. You will be supporting 3 directors within this role.
Job scope
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with internal staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager or conducting research
Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in similar capacity (supporting multiple directors)
- Ability to read and speak Chinese is a huge advantage
- Strong communication skills across verbal and written
- Proficient knowledge of standard softwares such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Preferably Singaporeans or PR citizens
As the studio has a start-up nature, the right candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changes without much structure. It'd be a huge advantage if you've had previous experience working at a design studio or start-up.
Budget for this role is $5,000 - $5,500 monthly with attractive employee benefits
