Savvy is working with an exciting, culturally-driven creative production agency in NYC with an opportunity for an ambitious problem solver who is capable of wearing many hats as a Project Manager/Office Manager. Working closely with the Managing Director in a collaborative team environment, you will assist in filtering, prioritizing & streamlining all communication, assist in developing key decks/materials, and ensure smooth running of all daily operations for the agency. Daily tasks will vary across general administration, finance, HR & IT support, vendor & facilities management, and coordination of special projects. Along with being a tech-savvy & commercially-savvy individual, the right individual will possess a strong interest in marketing, advertising, media & culture.
- 2-3 years experience in a related creative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated, highly organized & professional
- Proficient skills in Google docs, MS Office suite and Keynote
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects and contribute new ideas/solutions
There is huge potential to grow with the agency into other roles in the future.
