Job Description
We are working with a creative content studio specialised in broadcast media and commercials and they are seeking for a Regional Director of Business Development to join their team in Hong Kong!
Key responsibilities
- Identify sales leads and opportunities to grow the studio's business
- Creative and execute strategies to maximise revenues from existing clients
- Lead generation, researching potential clients, setting up meetings and initial pitching to potential leads
- Nurture and develop client relationships with key accounts
- Work closely with directors and develop succinct strategies for projects
- Prepare presentation materials and presenting ideas and concepts to internal and external clients
- Represent the company to attend networking events and industry conferences
Key requirements
- Min 15+ years of broadcast media or relevant experience with experience in South East Asia and China markets
- A proven sales track record in content, commercials, broadcast media
- A strong verbal and written communicator (Fluency in Mandarin and/or cantonese would be an added advantage)
- Experience in being a mentor figure to teams
- Possess a strategic and tactical mind to execute big ideas
- Strong willingness to learn more and is a committed team player
