Job Description

My client, an award-winning design brand that focuses on the luxury mobile-accessories market, is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Coordinator to support their fast-growing brand. In this role, you will be in charge of the administration aspect of after-sales care support (order input, checking stock status, coordinating with logistics team), and also be the first point of contact for clients when Key Account Managers are not available. To be successful in this role, you should be very organized and experienced with handling administration aspects, as well as possessing strong communication and presentation skills. Native fluency in English would be highly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the sales department
  • Administration aspects including sales & project support, logistic coordination, inventory control, and sample. Management
  • Act as first point of contact for clients when key account managers not available
  • Follow up samples and other deliverable requests to clients
  • Input sales orders in ERP, check stock status, and collaborate with logistic team to ensure delivery schedule

Key requirements:

  • University degree
  • +2 years of experience in administration and customer service
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Effective team player and communicator
  • Native fluency in English highly preferred
