Savvy has partnered with a well-known e-commerce service provider of creative content with global presence across all sectors. Joining the tight-knit and diverse Singapore team, we are looking for a Sales Executive to service the Singapore market.
The mandate calls for a Sales Executive who is experienced in outbound/telesales or inside sales, and working in a target driven environment. You will need to have the ability to build a rapport with clients over phone and email, to develop an in-depth understanding of their business. Your knowledge of the Singapore market, communications and troubleshooting skills are second to none. You will be creating new opportunities through telesales with new accounts and ability to upsell and penerate new terrtories for business growth.
- Minimum 3 years experience in telesales, inside or outbound calling
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Management or similar
- Proven experience in sales, exceeding sales quota, generating business from outbound calls
- CRM database management experience
- Excellent phone voice, and ability to generate genuine rapport and develop long-term relations with clients.
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and open to adapt with fast changes in the creative technologies
- An independent and proactive individual with positive attitude
- Required IT skills: CRM, Microsoft Office
