Job Description
We are working with an integrated creative agency and they are seeking for a UX Designer to join their team and be part of a key FMCG client.
Role:
-
Lead the UX pillar of the digital team.

Execute and participate in Lean-Agile UX methods to deliver customer validated designs in quick iteration
-
Lead and participate in UX Research to validate or capture customer needs
-
Use primary and secondary research and analysis methods, including Lean UX, moderated and unmoderated usability or optimisation studies to define best in class customer experiences across all channels
-
Create wireframes, flows, functional specs and prototypes
-
Create, build, manage and activate marketing automation (MA) campaigns. Including developing campaign architecture or decision trees to plan engaging, targeted and optimised MA campaigns.

Respectfully challenge assumptions and engage others in dialogue to resolve issues and push user centric thinking

Switch gears quickly and work on multiple projects at once

Assist with the creation and maintenance of a reusable asset library (templates, patterns and components)

Provide oversight of external agency involvement as needed
-
Coach global deployment leads and strategists to ensure there is understanding of UX within other teams, local markets and agencies.

Integrate and coordinate implementations with other team members to ensure a holistic user experience
-
Assist and lead planning, coordination and conducting evaluative usability testing throughout the design process.

Translate complex technical and business requirements into research.

Assist with the clarification and prioritization of enhancement ideas, as requested

Contribute to the project vision, and roadmap. Identify opportunities, through analytics, competitive analysis and user research

Partner with business/country stakeholders, Customer Insights and Analytics teams to continually identify opportunities to improve the website experience

Partner with Design & Brand teams to monitor and influence delivery of Brand for digital products

Provide communication to stakeholders, clients, related teams and agency partners on UX findings and recommendations when required

Evangelize research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree, in related field, Human Factors/Human Computer Interaction, Library Sciences, Cognitive Science or Technical Communications preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years combined experience as an information architect and/or user experience architect
-
Minimum 1 years’ experience with Axure, Omnigraffle or Visio, Axure preferred
-
Minimum 1 years’ experience with Photoshop or InDesign to support prototype creation
-
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Excel and Salesforce
-
Experience utilizing online user testing & optimization tools, such as UserZoom, Userlytics, Loop11, Optimizely
-
Ability to make recommendations and present complex information to non-technical audiences
-
Ability to thrive within a Lean UX or Agile environment
-
Strong time management skills and the ability to be self–directed
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Retail or E-Commerce experience with focus on product data or search
-
Experience creating designs for International audiences
-
Experience delivering projects around the Asia Pacific region
-
Experience of delivering projects within an Agile Scrum framework
-
Delivered B2B and B2C projects
